Principal Accountabilities:

1. Review the accuracy of pricing and technical data, to process customer orders;
2. Handle customer inquiries on stock availability, order and delivery status;
3. Coordinate with related functions to fulfill customer needs in proactive way;
4. Provide after-sale service, and handle customers' complaints, to ensure proper replacement;
5. Enforce SAP system to improve efficiency of daily operation.

Experience And Training Required To Perform Job:

1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Logistics/ Economy major;
2. About 5 year experiences as CSR in a multi-cultural company, familiar with SAP operations;
3. Good English on reading and writing;
4.. Chariness, responsible, teamwork and warmly;
5.Self-study ability;
