Principal Accountabilities:

1. Provide product information (Spec., Certificate, Catalogue, etc.) clarification to Asia sales and application engineering team for Ex Control & Apparatus, Cable Glands & Fittings and related product lines;
2. Provide margin analysis for special bidding case and support PLM to manage special discount approval system;
3. Working with cross function team and assist PLM to manage NPD progress and solve daily NPD issues;
4. Assist PLM to prepare product catalogue, price table, training material and other documentation to support NPD commercialization;
5. Assist PLM to prepare mid and long term sales forecast. Provide monthly and quarterly sales/order reports based on different product lines;
6. Assist PLM to achieve sales and margin targets of the product lines; make sure on time launch of NPI project, reduce NPD cycle time; achieve NPD vitality sales target; and support to improve lead time and inventory turn.

Experience And Training Required To Perform Job:

1. University degree with engineering or technical background;
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in product management or application engineering, working experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferred;
3. Experience in cross-functional project management is a plus;
4. Good analytical skills;
5. Good communication skills;
6. Good oral and written English.
