POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / 职位职责

-To be responsible for lighting products develop, typically Marine/LED lightings。
-Work as project leader to complete New Products Develop and management, coordinate with cross function team including marketing, engineering, sourcing, quality and manufacturing team.

-负责灯具产品的设计开发工作，主要是海工、LED灯具。
-能独立完成项目管理工作。根据市场部的产品技术要求，组织各个部门的资源，包括市场/技术/采购/质量/制造等部门，完成整个产品的开发设计工作。


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS / 职位要求

-Bachelor degree or above in mechanical Engineering related fields.
-3 or more year experience in marine offshore or led lighting design area.
-Familiar Marine/LED lighting products development, optical design, heat design and Marine/LED forward technologies. Lighting structure design, ingress protection design etc.
-Can use simulation software to do heat analysis, enclosure material stress analysis.
-Familiar with lighting products materials, manufacture technologies, and tools.
-Familiar with lighting products standards, safety requirements, know EMC compliance.
-Familiar with NPD process, good project management skill.
-Strong problem analyzing and shooting skills, strong responsibility and self-motivation.
-Strong English reading / writing skills. Good verbal is a plus.
-Strong communication and coordination skills, working under pressure.

-本科（含）以上学历，机械工程相关专业；
-熟悉机械产品的设计开发，三年以上相关产品开发经验；
-精通海工照明、LED灯具的开发，海工，LED照明的原理，灯具的配光，散热和驱动原理。熟悉灯具的结构，和外壳防护要求。
-懂得利用分析软件，进行相应的分析，如热分析，FEA分析。
-熟悉灯具的材料生产和制造工艺，懂得产品的模具结构。
-懂得灯具产品的设计规范，安规要求，以及EMC要求和解决方案；
-熟悉新产品开发流程，和新产品开发的项目管理技能；
-具较强的分析问题、独立解决问题的能力，工作认真，责任心强；
-良好英语读/写能力。良好口语能力更佳
-良好的沟通及协调能力，能够承受一定的压力。
