Job Responsibilities：
1. Develop and maintain different recruitment channels;
2. Post job recruiting requirements according to needs, screen resumes and select suitable candidates, conduct interviews;
3. Maintain talent database, finish all recruitment related statistics and reports;
4. Process new employee entry procedures;
5. Assist in orientation;
6. Manage and maintain HR system and HR database;
7. Deal with work related certificates, including foreign employees’ working certificates etc. ;
8. Work closely with all HR functions in daily HR work;
9. Finish all the other tasks assigned by department head.

Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Human Resources, Laws and Management ;
2. More than 1 year experience in HR related functions, experience in recruitment is preferred;
3. Good at spoken and written English;
4. Good communication, coordination, transpositional thinking abilities and good team work spirit;
5. Strong adaptation, comprehension and execution capability;
6. Kindness, good sense of service, strong responsibility; work with carefulness and patience.
