职位描述
Job Description:
1.Major role in daily AP work, including AP JE (staff reimbursement, payment request , PO etc), Payment(staff disbursement, payment to Vendor onshore, payment to vendor/intercompany offshore etc), Vendor Master Data(both of 3rd party vendor and employee) & Other AP related regular work
2.Minor role in GL work, mainly including Fixed Assets Depreciation & reconciliation, Prepay & Accrual monitoring and reconciliations
3.Withholding tax issue for offshore payment
4.Bank account & bank facilities coordinate, bank reconciliations
5.Inter-company reconciliations
6.Assist Finance Manager on monthly end closing report, client profitability report, etc
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above with major in economics (accounting is preferred)
2.3 year AP experience or above & more than 1 year GL experience; familiar with AP process and have basic GL knowledge
3.Familiar with accounting system, SAP experience is preferred
4.Quick learner with high responsibility and under pressure
5.Good communication, writing skills in English
6.Qualified accounting certificate
