Job Responsibility
Quality Assurance Engineer 80%
—Manage and update specification/standards files (GB, ISO, API, ANSI, ASME, NACE, CSA, DIN, JIS etc.)
—Manage and update quality documents of the suppliers (CRN, MTR, MQCP, ITP ,NCR etc.)
—Routine mill visits/audits and provide reports
—Conduct shipment inspection and provide inspection report
—Handle quality complaints and work with the suppliers on the corrective and preventive action plans
Technical Engineer/Sourcing Assistant 20%
—Familiar with mechanical drawings
—New product development (from sample stage all the way to batch production)
—Supplier base management (Suppliers-Master List, detailed information on each supplier, notes)

Qualifications
—Mechanical engineer or major in engineering field
—Familiar with ISO 9001/ISO 9002
—Read all applicable documents and procedures related to inspection activities, especially all kinds
of ASME/ASTM specification.
—Have experience in QA is a plus
—Manufactory experience is a plus
