岗位职责：
1、负责大型网站的交互设计、信息架构设计；
2、手机应用之介面相关交互设计、信息架构设计；
3、设计与制作介面设计的交互稿，与视觉设计师合作完成页面设计；
4、运用各种交互设计的工具以辅助完成工作，包含用户访谈，可用性测试，故事板，情境图等；
5、其他与美术设计相关的工作。

任职资格：
1、三年以上网站交互设计经验，有大型网站设计经验者佳；
2、深度了解用户需求，并且能化成可执行的规格；
3、对于调研用户需求/交互介面的方法与工具和过程熟悉；
4、擅长网站统计工具，流量分析工具，能从数据分析中找出用户行为；
5、能略懂SEO搜索引擎优化者为佳；
6、本科专业为人因工程，图书馆管理，心理学相关者优先考虑；
7、应聘时请务必提供个人作品。
