Position: Technical Sales Manager

Location: Shanghai

Reporting to: G.M.



Responsibilities:

-Develop further our business with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers

-Communicate with customers at all levels,be proficient in discussing and understanding their critical business issues and technical requirements

-Define, implement and persistently monitor strategies and processes

-Provide guidance to sales team members for argumentation in sales and contract negotiations

-Report and forecast to GM and German headquarters regularly and systematically

-Work closely with Engineering and Finance department

-Recruit and educate new sales engineers


Qualifications:

-Strong technical background in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, control engineering, software engineering, mechatronics and/or other related professional areas, MBA would be a plus

-Five years’ experience in selling highly technical investment goods, three years’ experience as a technical sales manager, leading a team of more than five members.

-High level of self-motivation, strong desire to succeed

-Proven track record of working analytically, thoroughly, and persistently. High ability to judge.

-Clear and efficient communication internally and externally.

-Fluent in English

-Excellent references
