应聘者需有丰富的胶黏剂，涂料原料采购经验。

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source new items and services from vendors and service providers as requested by sales offices in South China; negotiate price and terms with vendors and feedback results.
- Maintain and submit sourcing activity report and analysis to Purchasing Manager on regular basis.
- Communicate regional vendor/market changes in price and supply trend to related departments.
- Assist sales offices in South China in customer visits, to better understand the demand for products and applications.
- Develop competitive alternatives to existing products and suppliers. Build and maintain good relationship with regional suppliers.


Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing and sourcing.
- Strong computer skills - MS Office, ERP and web searching capability.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in chemical sourcing is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good verbal/written English are required.
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills are required.
- Ability to work in a challenging and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to work off-hours to make contact with suppliers in international time zones.
- Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
