Mature, presentable, pro-active, persistent, and sales oriented individual who enjoys dealing with people and developing business opportunities among potential China buyers for cross border Mergers & Acquisitions (M & A)
成熟、体面、主动、坚持不懈，注重销售，善于与人打交道且乐于与潜在中国跨境并购买家发展商业机会

Candidates must have prior comprehensive training and work experience as telephone sales representatives in financial related fields
候选人必须具有金融相关行业电话销售代表的全面培训和工作经验

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including phone communication skills and cold call skills
出色的口头和书面的沟通能力，包括电话沟通技巧和拨打陌生营销电话的技能

Pleasant and professional phone manners with the experience to cold call high level executives
友好和专业的电话礼仪，和给高层领导打陌生营销电话的经验

Demonstrated successful track record for achieving sales goals in M & A, investment banking, or other financial industries including commercial banking and private banking
在并购、投资银行、商业银行及私人银行或其他金融行业，有成功实现销售目标的纪录

Prefer candidates who have contacts and network with China publicly listed companies or state owned enterprises (SOE)
具有中国上市公司或国有企业人脉的候选人优先考虑

Pass CET-6 and have the proficiency in using office software
通过英语六级，并能熟练运用各种办公软件

Responsibilities : 工作职责

Call clients and cold call leads /prospects on daily basis to promote our company and the U.S. (for sale) target companies
每天与现有客户及潜在客户电话沟通，来推广本公司和美国可并购的目标公司。

Continuously call and/or email to follow up on companies / individuals previously called to identify interested companies
持续与公司或个人保持电话、邮件沟通，并做好后续跟进工作，来找出感兴趣的公司

Work with Managing Director / Investment Managers on strategies to deal with the interested companies in order to effectively generate business opportunities
在总经理、投资经理的指导下，对于感兴趣的公司，运用策略来有效地创造商业机会

Prepare weekly calling activities reports and submit to Managing Director
准备每周电话活动报告，并提交总经理
