Job description

1. Following the shipment until the final payment

2. Insuring that the shipment will fit with the ETD

3. Insuring the correct volume of the goods

4. Negotiating incoterm with the forwarder in case of CIF terms

5. Booking space on boat at the good date for all incoterm

6. Editing document (Export, transportation, bill of lading...) depending of the incoterm use

7. Informing merchandiser and finance department about the shipping situation

8. Finding solution (Space, quantity, exceptional case)

9. Maintenance of the shipping tracking and PO tracking

Requirement

1. Having a professional experience in the shipping environment

2. Candidate must be organize

3. Candidate should know be multi task

4. Good communication style

5. Perfect Chinese and English both written and spoken

6. Knowledge in shipping terms

7. Knowledge of international trade and legislation
