职位描述
ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for achieving sales, profitability and cash flow targets of KA
To reinforce the relation between Global KA & regional KA
To be responsible for preparation, implementation, control of KA planning
To be responsible for direct management of partnerships with KA as well as preparation, implementation and control agreement with KA at local level
To maximize opportunities in all accounts across the TWS
To manage the group account forecast on a regular basis
Guarantees implementation of Technogym cultural model through company policies and procedures implementation and localization, compliant to Corporate Governance
Lead organization effectiveness by maximizing performance and people development and engagement
Other tasks assigned by Segment Manager for H&H and/or senior management from time to time
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Negotiation skills
Financial solutions management
P&L Management
Consultative sales approach
CRM management knowledge
Advanced software use
