1. Daily registration required to cash journal
2. Checking payment vouchers and employee reimbursement according to company policy and book cash/bank receipt and payment into ERP system
3. In charge of daily stock cash, check cash journal and custody of cash, according to prescribed procedures to ensure that cash and marketable securities security
4. Maintaining relationship with bank and deal with bank check, bank draft, foreign currency issue with bank
5. Issuing VAT invoice once ship goods, express VAT invoice to customer and track VAT invoice express status, and also match VAT out with report in the end of month
6. Handling bank reconciliation and cash report in the end of month and do weekly cash balance report to headquarter
7. Issuing bank guarantee letter according to company contract
8. Safekeeping finance files and contracts
9. Purchasing stampduty from tax government and paste on the contracts
10. Handling finance report according to finance controller's request
