1. BAAN Invoicing
2. BAAN Process: Maintain sales orders (tick already in stock, warehouse, plan rev. Date)
3. Goods inbound (move goods from transit warehouse into local warehouse in BAAN)
4. Leads upload/ classify/assign (after events and exhibitions）
5. Maintain list of goods to be picked in factory to track usage and shipping date(after each purchase order)
6. Manage contracts (scan, filing)
7. Manage operations of customs brokers/warehouse (sea & air)-refine picking list generated from BAAN
8. Merchandising stock management (inbound & outbound) and stock report
9. New sales entry reporting
10.Other local purchasing
11. Pay vat & duty on customs website and create payment record
12. Place orders for F&H
13. Prepare customs clearance sheet to client
14. Prepare, chop & send authorization letter
15. Purchase orders releasing to headquarter
16. Recheck pre-confirm order & contract list
17. Re-schedule invoice payment (after each invoicing)
18. Top 20 Opportunity weekly check and report
19. Tracking/reminding contract receiving (chopped by Technogym, waiting client's chop)
20. Upload RCC data (leads data base buy from out source)
21. Import document preparation for customs declaration
22. Insurance declaration (in case damage occur)
