Summary:
? Work with marketing coordinators, understand their requirements on research.
? Report to Director the analysis results and market information (market trends and customer requirement, any competitors in the market etc.) to prepare for proactive marketing countermeasures.
? Make familiar with the overall urban planning within in China. Conduct a thorough investigation, including demand supply and major developers, vision of local planning bureau, etc.
? Identify new target cities, survey for our potential projects and summarizes the data collected and input necessary suggestion.
? Other related tasks assigned by NBD Director.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor and above degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, preferably with Urban Planning knowledge;
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills, experience in statistical research.
? Excellent Data-management skills, carry out independent research and project analysis
? Be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced English-speaking corporate environment.
? Resourceful, mature-minded, passionate, diligent and effective learner.
? Excellent writing/communication skills, proficient in English reading/writing

In 2004, this presence strengthened significantly with the opening of a SOM studio in Shanghai which handles smaller scale planning and conceptual design assignments.
