职位描述
1. Summary
Provide administrative support to Sales department and Managers under direction of the Office Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project based work. Present a professional company image through in-person, written, and phone interaction.

Primary responsibilitiesThe functions tasks include:
1. Office representation and maintenance
§ Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate staff member.
§ Meet and greet clients and visitors.
§ Maintain a clean work environment in her desk and ensure that standards of cleanness are met in common areas.
2. Administration tasks
Attendance and travel organisation
§ Record the attendance of staff.
§ Organize managers’ travel arrangements.
§ Prepare and maintain directors’ expense reports.
§ Setup accommodation arrangement for company visitors.
3.Purchase/ supplies
§ Research, price, and purchase office supplies after approval of Office Manager.
§ Manage stationary supplies: recording and ensuring correct use in the office.
§ Maintain hard copy and electronic filling system.
§ Sign for packages and mail arrival and ensure proper distribution.
§ Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, and filling.
4. Additional responsibilities3. Marketing:
§ Coordinate project-based work, like trade exhibition, under the supervision of a director or relevant manager.
§ Provide translation between Chinese and English.
§ Help in HR related topics such as visa application for international business trip for directors/ visa applications for foreigner staff.
§ Ensure that director’s mobile phone account is always full.
§ Provide office orientation for new employees.
§ Other duties as assigned.
5. Qualifications

* Typical Education Level教育背景
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Maintain a professional appearance and present a positive company image to internal and external contacts.
- Computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft office/ Outlook)
* Specialized knowledge and skills特殊技能:
Language : fluent in English, and French (Optional)
