Job Description:

1. First point of contact for sales enquiries. Support sales enquires, prepare quotations, follow-up on enquires until PO is received.

2. Work closely with sales team and global customer care team to ensure that all customer requests are handled efficiently and to a consistent high standard.

3. Provide administrative support for employees

4. Manage all office related purchasing and contracts, with appropriate approvals, including stationary and office furniture, etc. Control cost and ensure spending remain within allocated budgets

5. Organize and support international exhibitions and trade fairs organized by AVT China or Partners. Maintain and/or create sales brochures, presentations and corporate gifts.

6. Success is measured in terms of customer and partner satisfaction, patience, thoroughness, organization, accuracy, resolution and prevention of customer issues.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Experience in international business and Import & Export is preferred

3. Good command of English in writing and speaking

4. Excellent communication skill, highly customer oriented

Working experience in JV or Foreign owned company is preferred
