Job Summary
· This position is the team leader for the management accounting team for MP SHA Production unit.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Monthly financial reporting analysis;
· Metso Group reporting (Monthly/Quarter/Yearly);
· Other reports from Head office;
· SHA Finance workdesk updating;
· Overhead monthly report and analysis;
· Involved in Estimation & Budgeting (Expense);
· Involved in month end closing;
· Baan Support for the department & Monthly system review;
· Supervise financial management team;
· Costing follow up;
· Other works assigned by Finance Manager;

Job Requirement
· With accounting bachelor degree;
· 5~8 years related working experience with 1~2 years management experience;
· Excellent computer skill;
· Fluent with English;
· Familiar with ERP system, experience with Baan is a plus;
· Good analytical mind/problem solving skills/ logical thinking;
· Finance CPA is preferred;
· Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
