Reflex Shanghai is looking for a talented Chinese Senior Art Director / Creative Director, or a foreigner with good knowledge/understanding of Chinese culture and China’s communications landscape (at least 5 years of working experience in China).

You are experienced in printing and digital, a good team player, you have a precise eye for details and strong skills in creative concepts? Then you are the person we are looking for!

At Reflex Shanghai, your role will be leading a multicultural creative team and develop new concepts with them. You will share your vision and use your past experiences to explore the full potential of project and individual on your team.

We are strategic thinkers, specialized in branding, design and advertising for both offline & online campaigns. We develop tailor-made solutions for local and international brands entering the Chinese market or looking at strengthening their positions in China. Our clients are industry leaders in cosmetics, luxury fashion & jewelry, creative papers or wine and spirits.

> Job Requirements:

- Creative thinking is a must-have.
- Various and eclectic type of works to appear in your portfolio.
- Experience in graphic design, and proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc
- Deep understanding of China’s culture and market.
- Strong knowledge in branding, print, digital, advertising, events, China’s social media environment, editorial design.
- Able to communicate with clients, understand their needs and interact with them.
- Strong team spirit.
- Skills in team management, ability to work in a multicultural environment, caring for people’s abilities and weaknesses.
- Full command of Chinese and English (speak/read/write)
- 5 years+ of working experience.
- Capacity to fully overview a project, from its beginning to its end.
