工作任务
负责公司日常人事行政的具体工作；
负责销售相关的文件支持工作；
协调公司新加坡财务部门和相关外包公司的对接工作；
发布招聘信息，筛选应聘人员资料，组织，安排应聘人员的面试；
办理员工入职及转正，调动，离职等手续；以及社保，公积金等管理；
其他上级交办的工作任务；
资格要求
人力资源，行政管理相关专业本科及以上学历，1年以上的相关工作经验；
熟悉国家及地方劳动法律法规及各项劳动与社会保障相关政策，全面掌握公司人力资源管理，行政管理知识；
英语听说读写流利，能和海外机构进行英语沟通；
熟练使用办公软件和基础的数据分析软件；
具有较强的学习能力，执行能力，具有高度的责任心以及良好的人际沟通协调能力；
良好的口头及书面表达能力和分析能力；
