职位描述

Sells products/service to new and/or current customers who are assigned to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives. Work on new account development as part of an "integrated sales team" approach with Customer teams for specified prospective accounts. Locate and support the distributor approval process. Work with the local distributor to maintain relationships, technical and sales support on projects. Maintain constant awareness of the markets, competitor activities and problems within assigned area of responsibility; recognize trends that develop, make appropriate recommendations as required. Analyzes and prepares sales reports (Green sheets, Blue Sheets, Sales Funnel). Selects reviews and monitors performance as it applies to the assigned Opportunity Matrix (Customer opportunities). Maintain up to date knowledge of products and services, as well as competitor's products and service, develop strategies and execute to plan (SI) to achieve goals. Be the Tuthill technical sales face in front of customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities基本工作范围与职责:
? Execution of the Opportunity Matrix and achieve sales target for a given year.
? Owner and reports Green sheet, Blue sheet, and Sales Funnel.
? Travels to assigned customers to solicit business and works with project teams to deliver value to customer.
? Contacts prospective customers to determine product/service needs, assess and develop appropriate solution, present to customer and close the opportunity;
? Maintain product and service knowledge, competitive and industry knowledge to support sales strategy development and execution;
? Participate in the development and implementation of Sold Unit Mechanism to achieve sales PE
? Development and locates distributors according to Tuthill Strategy.
? Maintains relationships with distributors and customers acting on Tuthill’s behalf.
? Organize and takes part in technical seminar and exhibitions.
? Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements资质/培训/技能要求:
? Good communication skill and team work spirit.
? Strong responsibility and initiative.
? Good marketing judgment, development, PR ability. Strong management skill.
? Has been trained on leadership, marketing management, industrial economy, public relations, management talent etc.
? Has account client resource and successful sales case is a plus.
? Has the mechanical processing industry business experience, related channel resource is a plus.
? Has deep understanding and cognition of sales management on industrial products, such as vacuum hydraulic pump industry
? Good computer skill, good planning ability.
? Can travel frequently

Education Requirements教育要求:
? Above Bachelor Degree, enginery majors, management majors or marketing majors.

Experience Requirements经验要求:
? Over 10 years related working experience.
