综合职位描述：负责建立，文件化，开发并执行生产流程以便于执行SUM并驱动持续改进。及时解决问题防止再次发生。用TBS（精益生产）工具和流程，与公司愿景，使命，价值观，品牌保持一致。确定创造性的解决方案以支持‘生产应该有的样子’。保证组织有效管理并提高生产安全及设备程序。
Essential Duties & Responsibilities职责:
1. 利用流程，链接的概念，LWWPP表和LPD工具发展一件流拉动式生产系统。
2. 通过应用TBS精益生产流程消除浪费以持续改进流程。
3. 利用问题解决的工具，防呆防错，可视化，标准工作去达到PD目标。
4. 用TBS工具评估设备能力要求，并准备财务性的投资回报率分析依据以支持SI。
5. 设计并准备现存设备，设施和工具的修正图纸。
6. 设计遵守所有相关安全和管理要求的设施（便于单件换模时间）和物料操作装置（支持流程连接）。
7. 创建符合人类工程学，环境要求和制度要求的流程和标准工作。
8. 建立安全程序规范保证安全程序规范被有效支持并实施。确保水电气的供给，保证用电用水安全，防火防灾。
9. 建立设备维护计划并保证有效实施，设备停机时间保证达到KPI目标。
10. 负责对公共设施的维护，像空调，工厂设施，办公室设施等。
11. 管理并完成事故调查。
12. 控制部门费用在预算内。
13. 支持所有的安全培训活动并根据安全程序领导培训。
14. 支持疏散计划并执行。
15. 负责保证符合所有环境法规规定。
16. 优化资源配置，计划并维护项目以最大化工厂及办公室工作效率
17. 安排资源以最小化生产延误时间
18. 持续努力改善运营成本并减少浪费
19. 提供数据支持以保证完成资产改良，设备改建。

Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements:
1. 良好的沟通，合作能力。熟悉机械制造业，机加工工艺，装配工艺。
2. 良好的英文听说读写能力。
3. 正直，诚信，责任心强，仔细，可以承受工作压力

Education Requirements:
机械类本科以上学历

Experience Requirements
5年以上机械制造业工艺管理岗位经验

Summary of position: to create, document, develop and implement manufacturing processes to facilitate execution of the SUM and drive continuous improvement. Real time problem resolution so it never happens again. Use the Tuthill Business Systems (lean) tools and processes consistent with Vision, Mission, Values and Brand. Identify creative solutions to support "manufacturing the way it ought to be." Be responsible for plant building and plant equipment. Responsible for production safety this position will cooperate with other functional departments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop one-piece pull manufacturing processes by utilization of Flow and Linkage concepts, LWWPP and Lean Product Development (LPD).
2. Continuously improve processes by applying Tuthill Business Systems (TBS) lean manufacturing processes to remove waste.
3. Utilize Problem Solving tools, Poke Yoke error proofing, Visual Controls and Standard Work to meet Policy Deployment objectives.
4. Evaluate capital equipment requirements with TBS tools and prepare financial return justifications to support Strategic Intent (SI).
5. Design and prepare drawings of modifications to existing equipment, fixtures and tools.
6. Design fixtures (to facilitate single minute exchange of dies) and material handling devices (to ?support flow and linkage) that comply with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
7. Create processes and Standard Work that meet ergonomic and environmental requirements and policies.
8. Create safety program and ensure the safety program is supported effectively. Guarantee water, electricity, and gas supply. Ensure the safety of electricity and water could protect plant from fire and other disaster.
9. Create equipment maintain plan and ensures the effective implementation, Equipment downtime to achieve KPI.
10. Responsible for the public facilities maintenance, such as Air conditioning, workshop building, office.
11. Administers and completes incident investigations.
12. Control department cost and achieve budget target.
13. Supports all safety training activities and conducts training as defined within the safety program.
14. Support evacuation planning and execution.
15. Responsible for all environmental regulatory compliances.
16. Prioritizes resources, planning and maintenance programs to maximize factory and office productivity.
17. Organizes resources to minimize operational delays.
18. Provide a continuous effort in reducing operating costs and reducing waste.
19. Provides input for, and assures completion of capital improvements.
Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements:
1. Good communication, coordination ability, be familiar with mechanical manufacturing, machining process, assembly process.
2. Good written and oral communication English skills.
3. Integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, careful, can work under high pressure.
Education Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree or above, majored in machinery or relevant
Experience Requirements
？ Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical manufacturing process management job
