Job Description:

1.Take ownership role in managing existed material and service suppliers;

2.Develop new source and supplier to keep improvement of cost reduction and stable supplying;

3.Place purchase order and follow up delivery in timely manner;

4.Supervise delivery quality and timeliness to avoid any shortage;

5.Set up material demand plan in accordance with sales and production timeline;

6.Build up supplier performance review program and finish assessment periodically;

7.Managing and controlling inventory level to save cash flow;

8.In charge of domestic transportation to meet sales order’s demand;

9.Deal with payment issues and archive daily files systematically;

10.Working closely with cross functional team for project running.

11.Well deal with abnormal issues happen during daily process;

12.Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above;

2. At least 2~3 years’ experience in purchasing and logistics;

3. Good English communication skill in both written and oral;

4. Good computer skill in MS windows and MS office;

5. Experience for working with customhouse and CIQ is preference;

6. Well team-work spirit is a must.

7. 负责国内物流协调以满足销售订单的需求

8. 处理付款申请等事宜和日常文件档案系统

9. 妥善处理突发性部门事务

10. 管理层交办的其他事项。

职位要求：

1. 大专学历及以上

2. 至少2-3年采购、物流工作经验

3. 良好的英语口、写能力

4. 熟悉Microsoft等电脑技能

5. 有海关及检验检疫局工作经验者优先

6. 优秀的团队合作能力
