职位描述
职责:
1、及时有效处理客户投诉；
2、客户投诉的不良品原因分析，纠正及预防；
3、生产现场的持续改善；
4、新项目的样件准备；
5、PPAP文件准备及提交；
6、上级安排的其他工作。
要求:
1、本科学历，机械相关专业；
2、一年以上汽车行业质量工作经验，有日系整车厂客户质量经验优先；
3、 熟悉8D 流程；
4、 熟悉机械产品；
5、 抗压力强，成熟稳重。
