YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collection and development of orders including incoming correspondence
· Preparation of bills and credit notes, monitoring of schedules, maintain the data in
ERP-Systems - Work together with forwarding companies to transport our products
· Recruiting channel evaluation, collect and pre-screen resumes and schedule
interviews
· Take care of internal communications and collecting all complaining from
employees, suggest the solutions
· Checking the staff reimbursement follow company policy, making related bank
payment, cash payment and voucher filing etc.
· Cash in hand control and making reconciliation once a month
· Other jobs assigned by the manager
YOUR PROFILE
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration, English or other related major
· Knowledge of import/export and customs regulations advantageous
· Business fluent English and Mandarin
· Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP System advantageous
· A good team player, independent, good communication and self-motivated
with excellent customer orientation and service attitude, with high level of
responsibility
