1. 根据公司战略制定相应的产品方向和开发要点，确定游戏核心规则、风格及内容
2. 搭建游戏系统基础架构，设计产品赢利点，把控系统数值框架平衡
3. 制定开发日程，协调美术、技术工作进度，推动项目进程，确认功能完成质量
4. 根据手机游戏市场及目标消费群体需求，提出新的产品理念并持续改进已运营产品
职位要求
1. 在上海工作
2. 三年以上游戏策划类工作经验并至少一年主策划经验
3. 全程策划开发过一款iOS或Android平台的商业手机游戏
4. 热爱游戏，能分析各种类型游戏设计的优缺点并吸收借鉴
5. 优秀的逻辑分析能力
6. 优秀的应用书面表达能力，口头表达能力
7. 计算机专业背景者优先
Position description:
1. Game frame design including mechanism, level, genre in accordance with company strategy and market demands
2. Numerical balance design of various in-game values, adequate profit generating point design and system establishment
3. Agenda and schedule control for development period, collaboration with art and programming team to push progress
4. Quality control and continuous update
Requirements:
1. Able to work in Shanghai
2. A minimum of 3 year game designer and 1 year of main designer experience
3. At least 1 commercialized mobile game (iOS or Android) in portfolio as main designer
4. Absolute passion for games and knowledgeable about critical game experience points
5. Excellent logical thinking
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Computer science and programming backgrounds preferable
