Job description:
Lead the knitting team
Be responsible for the sweater, cut & sewn development, price negotiation, sampling and order placement
Be responsible for supervising the production follow up with the team
Be responsible for risk management, process management
Coordinate with factory and head office to make the orders go smoothly
Must be able to find the best suitable factories for each different model, depending on the style, fabric and cost efficiency
Train new factory to adapt to our working process
Give a solution when problem happened during the operation
Evaluate vendor's performance by analyzing the sampling speed, price, cooperation
Train the merchandiser to grow

Qualification:
Have at least 5-7 years in sweater business
Have at least 5-7 years in cut and sew business
Have working experience in buying office for USA or European marketing,factory working experience is preferable
Be familiar with sweater material, yarn, gauge, construction and technique
Be familiar with jersey knit cut and sew material, gauge, construction and technique
Well organized in working with high efficiency
Excellent English level in reading, writing and oral
Have bachelor degree, major in textile industry is preferable
Good skill in development, negotiation, communication
Have a good team spirit and is willing to share experience with other colleague
Be flexible for the working time, if it is needed
Have a high working responsibility
Be able to stand high pressure from work
Open minded, easy going personality
