Position objective:

The Physician Assistant (PA) under the supervision of the Physician, is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management for patients in clinical trials. Under a physician’s supervision, the PA is responsible for the delivery of a broad range of medical services, including taking medical files, monitoring patients, assisting physicians, and counseling and educating patients

Major responsibilities:

1. Work directly with the physicians to obtain, compile and record patient medical data, including health files, progress notes and results of physical examination.
2. Understand protocols and procedures requirements. Familiar with and be able to use the electronic data capture system and electronic medical record in English.
3. Ensure the medical records are compliance with the highest standards of GCPs and according to SOPs.
4. Assist physicians to counsel and educate patients
5. Performs other related work as required.


Competency/Quality Requirement:

1. Medical School Graduate, major in clinical medicine.
2. Fluent written English capabilities, preferably CET 6 level
5. Willingness to take on new challenges and think with flexibility
6. Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Office.
7. Customer focus and teamwork.

在医生指导下，收集、记录相关医学文件，按照临床研究相关规定对受试者数据进行记录，并对患者提供指导。与公司临床研究协调员共同工作。

主要职责：
1. 在医生的指导下，完成临床研究受试者相关医学文件；
2. 理解研究方案的要求，熟悉并能够使用电子病历系统；
3. 确保所完成的医学文件符合GCP和公司SOP的要求；
4. 协助医生完成临床试验相关工作；
5. 其他上级主管要求完成的工作。

任职主要要求：
1. 临床医学本科学历；
2. 英语读写流利，通过CET-6；
3. 能熟练使用微软Office系统；
4. 具良好的团队合作精神。
