职位描述
工作职责：
1、主要负责图片处理和网页制作;
2、负责阿里巴巴的策划、在线宣传推广、活动策划及日常运营;
3、负责日常美术设计;
4、完成相关信息内容的策划和日常更新与维护,并参与执行;
5、熟练使用Photoshop、Dreamweaver、coreldraw,Illustrator等常用设计制作软件;
6、具备良好的美术基础,良好的创意构思能力。
工作要求：
1.熟练使用photoshop设计软件,良好色彩搭配、审美观;侧重美工设计 ；
2.熟悉网页制作、设计流程及规范,对网站的整体规划、总体风格设计的把握,对网页设计的构图、色调 等都有独到的见解,具有较好的色彩搭配能力 ；
3.了解Web网站整体结构,能够独立进行前台界面设计;
4.良好的沟通能力,优秀的学习能力和团队协作能力及吃苦耐劳的工作精神;
5.掌握flash动画制作技巧者优先考虑;
6.掌握HTML、CSS、DIV技术优先考虑;
7.掌握W3C标准优先考虑;
8.掌握PHP/.Net程序优先考虑;
