1. 生产：
1) 根据机器的说明书进行每日的机器维护
2) 负责机器的正常运行和故障检测
3) 很好地了解备用零部件的状况
4) 根据机器的说明书对机器做安全性能的改进
5) 负责对机器使用方面的指导
6) 特种设备维护：铲车及压力容器的日常维护并建立相应的维护档案。
7) 消防自控系统的机械维护保养
8） 新生产设备安装完毕，必须按照安全操作规范实施设备防护程序。
9） 在工人操作机器前，需对操作工实施设备锁定程序的培训（lockout & tag out），确保其安全操作。

2. 全员设备维护：
1） 机器例行检查：根据全员生产维护要求进行例行检查。
2） 设备基本保养和维护
3） 必须掌握设备最基本保养和维护的技术(其中标明 “生产员工”的职责项目须向生产员工进行培训)，并且及时汇报故障的情况
4） 工具管理：工作用工具的正确放置，合理使用并且保持完整和清洁。

3. 机器安全管理
确保机器设备的安全运行， 确保无安全事故， 具有很强的机器安全知识和管理经验。


要求：
1） 中专/大专学历， 主修机电/自动化等相关专业
2） 至少5年以上的生产型企业机器维修保养经验
3） 总是能够带领团队迅速反应， 解决客户急需问题
4） 英语能简单沟通，看得懂机器使用说明
