Job Description

?In-depth knowledge of Markets products (FX, Money Market, Fixed Income Bonds, IRS, FXO, Commodity Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Financial Futures) and processes
?Supervise processing of transactions and generation of trade confirmations
?Co-ordinate with Finance, Legal and Risks on issues relating to the booking of these transactions
?Responsible for managing the day-to-day Operations of the unit
?Responsible for consistently meeting KPIs
?Analyzes current processes to assist in recommending process enhancements to more efficiently meet the needs of the business.
?Responsible to maintain and update process documentation
?Maintains and enhances communications with business and other internal constituencies
?Constantly keep updated with Industry standards and practices
?Ensures participation and successful Continuity-Of-Business testing
?Work towards achieving optimum productivity and accuracy
?Manages human resources, processes and systems to maximize quality and quantity of service while reducing costs
?Responsible for staff's goal-setting and performance appraisal
?Responsible for coaching, developing and motivating staff to achieve superior results
?Working closely with biz for implementation of new products
?Adhere to audit readiness control environment

Job Skills/Qualifications

?Hands-on experience in Treasury Products with 3 – 5 years of working experience in a Treasury Operations.
?Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time-sensitive, high-risk, demanding environment.
?Possess good analytical skill, meticulous, positive attitude and good learning ability with great attention to details and multi tasking
?Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skill
?Proficient in MS software
?Bachelors degree (or equivalent) required. Prior experience in managing a small to mid size team will be an added advantage.
