岗位职责：

1. 客户服务部日常工作和绩效管理

Daily work and performance management of Customer Service team

2. 确保订单按时交货

Maintain customer orders without any delay

3. 负责与内部相关部门沟通协调，协助客服人员解决影响订单的问题

Work and communication with internal department to support CS team in order to solve any roadblocks which impact the normal process of each customer order.

4. 参加展会；关键客户在国内的陪同接待

Gradual engagement in business trip during lighting fair and key customer meeting in China.

Keep in touch with client, give feedback of clients questions or advices

5. 收集、整理和整合客户资料，并及时更新

Collect and integrate client data, update periodically based on real situation

6. 与销售部门合作，进行客户管理。

Coordination with Sales team to progress account management

7. 定期汇总和分析订单出货情况

Timely review and analysis the delivery performance of orders.

8. 与内部各相关部门合作，优化订单前期筹备阶段

Working with internal department to optimize lead-time of customer order.

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，国际贸易相关工作经验尤佳；

University or above degree; International trade or related work experiences is preferred.

2. 5年以上客户服务管理经验

More than 5 years management experience on customer service.

3. 积极的工作态度；忠诚、有责任、愿意帮助他人；学习能力强

Positive work attitude: committed, accountable, helpful, willing to learn

4. 优秀的中英文沟通能力

Good oral communication skills, both in Chinese and English.

5. 能够适应较大的工作压力

Be capable of working under pressure

6. 工科背景或对技术感兴趣的优先

Engineering background or interested at technology is a plus
