职位描述
Hofler Global Co. Ltd. is a family owned business originally from Finland and has been established since 1962. Until this year our focus has been in manufacturing high quality textile apparels for people who appreciate durability and fashionable outwears. Now, Hofler Global is expanding their line of business to importing fast consumer goods from Finland to China.
Therefore, we are looking for a person who can come to work and grow with us in the field of importing and selling consumer goods to China market as a Sales Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop new business in B2B sector by planning and implementing sales activities through various channels
- Take care on total customer account management, category management, including sales forecast, supply planning delivery, order handling and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability
- Maintain customer relationship and further penetrate new products to market
- Make monthly sales reports and development of the sales
- Anticipate customer needs and respond in a timely manner to all requests
- Handle customer complaint responsively to ensure that it is closed satisfactorily and see the opportunity to strengthen customer relations and generate new sales
- Plan, implement, control and review & analyze the use of trade expenses vs. sales volume. Ensure the trend of output vs. cost is favorable to us
- Pricing and quotation management. Shall be able to arrange solution based quotations
- Use different social media marketing and sales platforms, such as: T-Mall, Taobao, Alibaba, yihaodian, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher, studies overseas is a plus
- Familiar with wholesale & distribution channels/process, being familiar with HoReCa industry is a plus
- Basic understanding of supply chain / import-export procedures
- Having a close relationship with retailing/wholesale industry is a definite advantage
- More than 5 years experience in FMCG/trading industry, especially in sales positions is preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English, native in Mandarin
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with strong creative skills in problem identification, analysis and solving
- Proficient with MS Office
- Flexible, open-minded, organized and able to multi-task, individually or in a team
