JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Key Account Manager
Reports To: Marketing Director
Based in: Shanghai
Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing back-up and Assistance for the Marketing and Sales Team. He/she will follow up the Operational aspect of the relationship with designated clients and ensures that contract provisions are being met as well as explore new opportunities for business growth and development, and verify that the contract brings value to company.
Position Responsibilities:
?1、 Regularly contact and visit clients
? 2、Review contract performance and make propositions to improve, including product & Pricing;
? 3、Coordinate invoicing and collection processes;
? 4、Coordinate various departments for new contract, program, or product implementation or modification of existing ones.
? 5、Ensure reception of beneficiaries list from clients and integration of such lists into the Systems;
? 6、Keep all contracts files current;
? 7、Answer clients to their questions about our service delivery;
? 8、Answer to inter departments questions about contract procedures;
? 9、Supervise implementation of new contracts under his/her responsibility;
? 10、Identify new business or service opportunities with existing clients;
? 11、Develop and deliver client reports and case summaries;
? 12、Prepare and deliver fulfillment materials
? 13、Addresses operational (including claims) difficulties encountered to the clients for resolution, review and ensure that complains are being attended successfully.
? 14、Make necessary research on Market segments and/or clients as needed
? 15、Prepare Proposals
? 16、Prepare and update FDs and FRs as needed
Education & Experience
?1、Degree or BA preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required.
? 2、Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary for daily contact with client and internal departments.
? 3、Must have a demonstrated ability to work well with internal and external clients and other outside resources.

Acceptable experience and training
? Experience in Assistance Industry preferred, knowledge of Insurance market and/or similar job experience in other companies/industries will be considered.
Performance
? The Marketing and Sales Support Executive is employed in a bona fide executive capacity, salaried and exempt from overtime wages. As the person in this position is privy to sensitive information and documentation, confidentiality is required. Any such breach of said confidentiality may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including immediate termination. Remuneration shall be commensurate with Market practices as well as training and experience of the candidate and success will be measured based on the development of the business with assigned clients.
