职位描述
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial activities, analyses and monitor the financial situation, control the financial standard and operation.
- Manage all financial and operational accounting activities including monthly closings, AP/AR, cash management, cost accounting, budgeting, audits, etc.
- Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
- Monitor and analyses monthly operating results against budget.
- Manage the preparation of the official monthly report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.
- Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with local and state budgetary reporting requirements.
- Serve as primary legislative liaison relative to company financial issues.
- Oversee the management of all company assets
- Provide oversight for compliance and risk management within all operations to ensure that all internal controls, corporate policies and procedures are satisfied in order to safeguard corpo-rate assets and insure integrity of financial.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
- At least 8 years multinational finance working experience with 3 years in management position
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Honest and high level of integrity and work ethics
- Effective in both spoken & written English
- Knowledge of ERP system is a must
- Proficient in MS office
- Strong leadership and good team player
- Ability to work under pressure
