Responsibilities
Organize all plans and events to generate lead with all efforts
Understand the environment of assigned segments and/or products including market size, competitive data, distribution channel and promotion
Develop and implement plans for increased and new market penetration, including selecting target markets, recommending new products, establishing plans for product promotion, and recommending strategic actions to grow the GEA FT's presence in the segments or products
Organize and coordinate the company events and relevant Dairy business exhibition
Takes the leadership for customer awareness, company website update and new products introduction (including content development, marketing campaigns)
Organizes the marketing activities (including the Dairy exhibition, seminar and relevant activities)
Update and deliver training materials and case studies to sales force.
Ensure the routine gathering and reporting of competitive intelligence and action
Lead and execute the industrial and relevant local government issue
Translate trends into opportunities, develop competitive advantages, increase sales competitive intelligence around trends, and provide Voice of Customer (VOC) for business execution
Conduct targeted customer and competitor analysis
Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements
Education
Bacholar degree or above

Work Experience
Minimum of 3 years of marketing or related experience

Requirements
Excellent English skills (oral & written,) are required
Ability to formulate winning customer value propositions
FMCG or luxury product background preferred
Strong passion on marketing and promotion
Experienced in customer and competitive analysis
Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions
? Able to effectively interface with and maintain relationships at all levels of internal and external customers
? Strong oral and written communication skills
