Responsibilities:
1. Drawing update, information input and maintenance
2. Inspection record information input and maintenance
3. Punch list input and maintenance
4. Non-conforming report release and maintenance as well as follow up
5. Corrective and Preventive action report release, maintenance and follow up
6. Check and edit of QMS documentations for update, new release and coordination
7. QMS procedures release and withdraw
8. Training of procedures and work instructions to suppliers and internal departments
9. Quality data analysis
10. Assist of third party audit
11. Cost of quality data collection and release
12. Assist inspectors and team leaders to accomplish inspection goals
13. Assist of MRB delivery if necessary
14. Assist with others in QMS improvement
15. Other assignments from the superior


Qualifications/ Requirements:
1. Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint
2. Proficient in written and oral English
3. Strong sense of responsibility and being thorough and detail oriented
4. Excellent team player and willing to work with other colleagues to realize QMS goals
5. Has good workmanship standard and work ethics such as hard working and being prudent, initiative, proactive etc.
6. Quick learner and willing to learn
7. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English
