Responsibilities:

1.按照公司规定的流程和采购订单接收和及时发送PE/EC原材料，半成品和成品；做好进/发货登记，并保管凭单/Receive material/parts for PE/EC according to the purchase orders or other stock-in documents.

2.贯彻发货的先进先出原则Implement “First in, First out” policy to delivery goods

3.保管物理存货，确保物料存放有序和整洁/Maintain the inventory properties.

4.更新库存台帐和物料卡，确保帐，卡，物相符/Book material flow-in-and-out transaction as well as keep the vouchers.

5.定期盘点库存，和财务部门协调好做好库存管理以保持库存准确率达100%, 清理呆滞物料，处理报废物品/Make sure to do cycle count periodically, cooperate with Finance to do stocktaking and keep the inventory accuracy up to 100%, Store all parts/materials outside warehouse in proper areas

6.完成仓库SOP执行5S管理Fulfill warehouse SOP and implement 5S management

7.完成的其它任务；/Complete other assignments as required.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

？ 要求有基本会计学知识；/Basic accounting knowledge is required.

？ 要求有5年以上的相关工作经验；/Above5 year relevant working experience is required.

？ 有叉车操作证；/Possess operating license of forklift.

？ 有ERP经验的和机械背景的优先；/ERP experience and mechanical background is preferred

？ 具有良好的沟通能力和团队工作精神；/Good communication skills and team work spirit.
