Responsibilities:
1.Owner of assigned products
2.Participate in product definition and provide DFM inputs
3.Lead product introduction and ramp up for CMOS image sensors
4.Drive characterization to finalize product datasheet
5.Determine fixes for future design revisions.
6.Enhance product yield and customer issue resolution.
7.Work closely with design/testing team to determine appropriate DFT requirements, and any special HW/SW required validating the design and generating validation routines.
8.Work closely with Fab & Process Integration to determine action for conversions, excursions, and process changes that affect imager quality, reliability, performance and yield.
9.Extract and analyze production info and communicate to various stakeholders.
10.Effectively steer continuous improvement in performance, yield and manufacturability.
11.Primary product contact for engineering and manufacturing, providing solutions for design debug, yield, and manufacturing issues, as well as customer issue resolution.

Requirements:
1.BSEE /MSEE with 5+ years exp. in Product Engineering, especially in the CMOS Image Sensor related field will be plus
2.Ability to work independently and as a team player
3.A strong background in product validation and design debug
4.Solid understanding of transistor and CMOS circuit operation
5.Good working knowledge of the CMOS manufacturing processes
6.Proven track record working with design teams to resolve bugs during product validation
7.Automated test equipment setup, debug, programming stand point
8.Statistical analysis experience
9.Project Management experience using formal methods/applications, MS Project
10.Great communication, leadership and problem-solving skills within a team environment.
