Job Responsibilities:
l Exceptional oral and writing skills, in English and Mandarin
l Compose press release scripts and other promotional materials
l Attend to customers' phone or email queries and provide appropriate solutions
l Querying databases and generating list build strategies
l Provide on-site support during trainings or conferences
l Conduct detailed response analysis and formulate suitable marketing strategies Source for key partner for sponsorship
l Working closely with other internal departments (conference production, database, operations) to achieve project objectives
l Develop relationship with famous industry media
l Manage all the marketing materials: brochure, website, advertisement, workbook and etc.
l Assist with the writing, delivery, and tracking of press release
l Handle all the speaker/media/delegate liaison and management
l Manage project EDM and DM every month according to the marketing plan

Requirements:
l University graduate or above; preferably majored in Linguistic (English), Marketing, Customer Service, Management, Mass Communications, Psychology, Behavioural Studies, and etc
l 1-2 years experience in a professional marketing department will be prefer
l Ability to develop strong relationship and work with senior level executives
l Strong communication skills, fluent and excellent command of English
l Good decision maker with strong planning and good understanding of process to manage multiple priorities and task
l Disciplined, highly motivated, result-driven strategic thinker, efficient and persuasive
l Current senior college students or graduate students can also apply for this position
