Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties:

1) Assist Director of BD to perform all customer service functions.

2) Follow the instruction of Director of BD, communicate and work with customers/agents on all inquiries.

3) Liaise with BD in all other locations & co-ordinate all development works within Shanghai office ( ASO ).

4) Maintain & update fabric libraries in all regions

5) Work internally with R&D team on all product developments, monitor closely on progress in all stages.

6) Work internally with production team to monitor the progress of all sample and bulk production orders

7) Work internally with PIC on any sampling requests from customers/agents related to sales & promotion of fabrics

8) Work with vendors on marketing materials

9) Provide after sale service to all customers and garment vendors

Specific Requirements:

1) Experience in fabric development, particularly in knitted fabrics, preferable in synthetic

2) Experience in merchandising

3) Experience in sales, but not a must. H/ever, experience in working directly with overseas customers is prefered.

4) Good written English
