? Management of the complete product life cycle of an existing product range with strong growth potential
? Responsibility for the commercial success of a product (establishing the roadmap, management of the product portfolio, development of the business plan and price model)
? Development of product ideas within a matrix organisation
? Joint responsibility for working out and realising specification sheets and requirement profiles
? Performing market and customer analyses
? Cooperation within a project team
? Active support of the global selling organisations and trainings

Profil:
? Academic study of biology, science of management, biotechnology or
a comparable formation with profound knowledge in histology
? Commercialisation,- marketing and product launch knowledge
? Profound knowledge of the applications within the clinical histopathology
? Experienced knowledge in product management and sales of medical devices
? Sound handling of product manager tools
? ?Business-minded“
? Team-minded and dedicated
? Target-driven, flexible and able to work under pressure
? Analytically and pragmatically oriented in solving problems
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Confident use of MS-Office-applications
