IPR Lawyer (SH)

Position: IPR Lawyer
Site: SH Office
Supervisor: Head of SH Office
Job Level: Senior Level

Responsibilities:

1. Under direct supervision of the department head, coordinate and execute, on client's behalf, activities related with the registration and enforcement of Intellectual Property;

2. Advise and assist clients on the development, use and protection of intellectual property rights;

3. Work together with other colleagues in handling infringement cases;

4. Address legal issues;

5. Render legal advice;

6. Evaluate client's intellectual property rights and provide guidance on intellectual property strategies;

7. Assist the partner and the head of office in the performance of other day to day work.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above on Law;
2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3. At least 3 years of working experience as lawyer in the IPR field;
4. Be able to work independently;
5. Experience to lead a team preferred;
6. Team spirit and service oriented;
7. Be able to work under pressure and travel.
