Sales assistant will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Job description:
Sales support to Sales Manager
Quotation and follow up
Develop new sales-leads & new clients.
Target local and international companies with European trade both by air and ocean freight. Mainly focus on import business from Europe & Asia into China.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and develop customer and prospect database
Support Sales Manager making quotations and do quote follow up
Plan and carry out sales activities in Shanghai and Suzhou area
Respond and follow up sales enquirers
Report & monitor sales activities and provide relevant management information.
It would be an advantage if the sales assistant has experience working with International companies in China. Mainly European sales experience. Excellent English skills are a requirement.
Its not a requirement to have sales experience but a 2-3 years of operations experience is required. We are looking for a young aggressive individual who is willing to learn and work hard.
