主要工作职责：


1 进行日常Helpdesk的工作
2 按公司服务规范，诊断并排除IT故障；
3 协助Team leader的工作
4 负责带教同组其他helpdesk人员
5 积极向公司知识库提供解决问题的方法和经验，跟团队一起分享
6 可能常驻客户公司工作



任职要求：


1 有一定的网络管理经验
2 熟练使用Outlook或者Lotus Notes邮件系统
3 熟悉常用PC应用软件，如office等
4 具有PC, Server, Printer, Switch等IT设备故障诊断、排除能力；
5 熟悉局域网建设维护，对于路由器、交换机等常见网络设备使用、管理、维护经验，可以独立分析并解决常见网络故障问题；
6 良好的客户服务意识，沟通技巧及高度的责任感
7 英文四级以上
8 专科及以上学历，2年以上IT相关技术支持工作经验
