Job Description:
Will Manage a sales team of 6 people and will be responsible for the sales targetWill be responsible for the orders and the stock of the goods imported from oversea.Will have direct contact with Technician, logistic and administration;
He will establish strategic business plans and targetWill be responsible for increasing the business in the areas of sales and after sales service;
Will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the customers and distributors for maximizing the sales;
Will develop the business and market share and increase consolidated profitability according to the company requirements.
Will work in Beijing or Shanghai.
Preference:
With at least 5 years experience in HVAC. And in sales director or senior management role with strong leadership ;
Must be customer oriented and able to react fast to the change of the market,good channel management in retail business.;
Very good communication skills and strong connection with operator of the market;
Good English and good communication skill.
