English Speaking Assistant(SH)

Position: English Speaking Assistant

Site: Shanghai Office

Supervisor: Head of SH Office

Job Level: Junior Level

Responsibilities:

1. Daily routine jobs like answering phone, taking notes, etc;

2. Documents printing, scanning, fax;

3. Monitoring the internet for IPR infringements;

4. Surveying the markets for IPR infringements;

5. Liaising with enforcement officials for obtaining relevant evidence or arranging the raids;

6. Liaising with clients overseas and domestic agents;

7. Executing the monthly programs/projects and drafting the reports/emails for clients;

8. Keeping client files and ensuring that all documents are kept neatly;

9. Translating documents from English to Chinese,vice visa;

10. Assisting manager to do jobs as assigned.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree, lawyer Major preferred, knowledge on the intellectual property right preferred; working experience in a law firm could be an advantage;

2. Excellent speaking, writing skills in English and Chinese;

3. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, a good command of Photoshop (plus);

4. Detail oriented, at least two years of relevant experience in Multi-national Company;

5. Must be able to work with a team and meet deadlines;

6. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;

7. Willing to travel occasionally and work under pressure.
