I JOB IDENTIFICATION
Job Title: Sales Manager(Chongqing/Chengdu)
Department: HAAS Section
Report to: GM
II Main responsibilities
. Oversee all sales activities of a designated area, termed as Section, in China
. Formulate general business development and market expansion plan and set goal according to company strategy
. Achieve sales and operation targets according to company management strategy
. Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales team, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals
. Report market intelligence in time
. Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan through market analysis, competition follow up, new development opportunities
. Propose adequate organization in term of sales force to increase our market share and define customized regional strategy
. Propose and control sales expenses budget
. Manage and support the sales team, train up and coach the team and prepare future managers
. Establish performance goals for sales team under his/her responsibilities and monitor performance on a continual basis
. Lead negotiation with major Water companies and visit to key customers
III CONTEXT AND WORKING RELATIONSHIP
. Report to GM
. Will lead a team
. Responsible for HAAS section, sales revenue will follow company strategy
. Working language will be Mandarin and English
IV JOB QUALIFICATIONS
. 30-45 years old, Chinese citizen
. Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English
. University graduate or above, majoring in Engineering, Marketing, and/or Business Management
. Proven management record in the field of sales and business development of technical products, preferably 5 years or above experience
. Excellent ability of operations management and responsibility, strong sense of market expansion and creativity, quick-minded and be able to work under heavy pressure
. Be enterprising and self-disciplined, capable of working independently
. Excellent ability of communication, judgment and decision-making
. Creative and Strategic capacities
. Ability to motivate, lead and develop teams to the best of their potential
. Initiative, enthusiasm and good team spirit
. Analytical mind towards complex issues and ability to anticipate their consequences
