岗位要求:

-生产人员管理， 生产任务安排；确保生产人员按质按量完成生产任务
-生产现场半成品管理,保证各生产小组工序间的协调，及时满足下一道工序的要求
-发现生产现场任何工艺改进机会，可以向主管人员提建议，以提高生产效率.
-及时反馈和检查生产设备的运行记录情况，做好设备的日常维护、保养的监督工作。
-审核小组人员的日常工作报表的正确性及差异，对每天统计报表的生产效率进行解释
-生产线上物料的管理，发现不良品，及时督促员工按照不良品程序进行处理
-保证生产线按生产工艺指导运行，任何违反工艺的操作行为要加以禁止
-加强日常巡视，保证产品的标识做到位，生产传单书写的完整性,ESD 执行情况
-合理使用小组资源，保证设备不闲置、人员不呆工，维持劳动纪律，做到生产现埸不喧哗，无杂谈
-确保各工段产品的质量可靠性，监督操作员工按质量标准进行操作，确保操作员工自检的执行
-负责组织小组的班前会，及时传达质量、生产任务安排等信息，参加每周的质量例会
-配合工程师开展新项目的开发及试制
-贯彻公司ISO14000环境管理系列标准，改善本工序的环境管理5S工作。
-对本工序员工的职业安全负责。
-中专以上或相当中专文化相关专业毕业
-制造企业二年以上班组管理工作经历
