Sandvik Mining in Shanghai Jiading is seeking for

Buyer

Sandvik Mining, a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and

technical solutions for the mining industry. The offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling. In 2012 sales amounted to about 37,800 MSEK, with approximately 14,000 employees.

The position would directly report to: Material Supervisor

Key Performance Area:

·Observe company EHS regulation and policy strictly.

·Responsible for collection and control of MSDS from suppliers.

·Responsible for contractor EHS management.

·Forecast, plan, control, order and coordinate production related materials to support manufacturing process.

·Ensure effective ERP running; control and analyze the inventory in target level.

·Material call-off and PO tracking.

·Follow up with suppliers on time delivery rate and manage the tactical procurement process.

·Tracking the implementation of production plan.

·Work together with warehouse and production on materials status review and check.

·Maintain supplier relationships in collaboration with strategic procurement.

·Work with sourcing team to resolve all supplier related issues, etc.

·Matching invoices for purchased material with delivery note, PO and other related docs., and apply for payment.

·Understand process and system used, and also identify system and process gaps, to make sure the accuracy of BOM.

Your profile:

·Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Trade, and engineering background preferred.

·Above 3 years work experience in related fields, preferable WOFE / JV experience. Self-motivator, and willingness to work under pressure.

·PC skills, ERP experience.

·Fluent in English speaking and written.

·Logistics experience. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
